2012/2013.

It's just a number right? But I am deeply thankful to Allah for everything I have in my life. I am 23 and the age will increase no matter what. It scares me sometimes but I have to embrace every single thing in a positive way. The future is His secret and I do believed He knows what best for us. It might not be what we want but do believe, it will be the best thing in our life. All is well, insyaAllah :)

My precious.

Sabah 2012 - Part 1

I've been to several places before be it within Malaysia or some other countries but Sabah was the most beautiful place to visit. I was wondering the reason people especially the westerners kept visiting Sabah and later I'd treasured this beautiful place on my own. The view was tremendously breathtaking besides the calming of sea view awaits the people who love to embrace the nature of Borneo. I would like to start the journey on the first day right after we landed on 'land below the wind'. Have you heard this phrase before? Sabah is known as 'Sabah Negeri di Bawah Bayu'. Beautiful name indeed.

We went to Philippine's market once we checked in the hotel and had our lunch near to the hotel. We had sightseeing along the waterfront where people selling fresh seafood and local stuff. Some of the seafood not familiar to me and might not found in Peninsular. Plus, I'd the chance to witness the giant tuna where it can only be found in deep sea. When I said it's giant, it's a huge one and I really meant it. The lobsters on the other hand were selling side by side and being a food lover I'd direct imagination of the lovely taste once we bake them with cheese. Oh my!

How I wish to have all of these back in Peninsular with lower price~

The first night was blissfully spent in Tanjung Aru where you can stroll along the beach. Nothing much as it's similar to Danga Bay in JB. This is where Tanjung Aru Perdana Park was situated where the visitors could enjoy the music fountain. We'd dinner somewhere in town near the 'Todak' statute. It's quite familiar for visitors and the local too for those who wanna try variety of seafood cook upon request. I was not able to snap the photos of what we eat that night as each of us were freaking hungry and impatient to try them out!!

Last but not least, we'd performed our jama' prayer before went back to the hotel to sum up our first day in Kota Kinabalu. The mosque known as Masjid Sembulan which is one of the Masjid Besar in Sabah besides the floating mosque known as Masjid Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu. (will update later)

Insaf, Jalan TAR

I'd always wanted to try new places for having good foods be it from street stalls and up to fine dine. Good food and travel is my middle name but I don't speak Prada. I won't understand. Hihi! I'm not a picky eater, love to try any new menus so long it is Halal. I've heard before that people kept mumbling the good taste of Insaf's Beriani but never had the chance to try it out. I was so enthusiastic to have the Beriani's once I backed from Genting. We had late lunch upon that and only God knows that our stomachs were growling along the journey. The waiters welcome us nicely once we entered the restaurant and luckily their air-conditioner functioned well. For KL people, you would know the weather along Jalan TAR right? The crowd, heavy traffic and loads of foreigners > <

Look at his too much focus put forward upon the food. The below picture was his first round of Insaf's Beriani and later he asked for Chicken Kurma Beriani. Two plates in one shot and yet he can maintained his ideal weight. Huhh! He had lamb Beriani at first but he preferred on Chicken Kurma. The best he said and two thumbs up was given.

 ______________________

I opted fried chicken the most. The meat was tender and juicy and what I love the most is it was not too dry. The taste blended nicely with the aroma of the rice which it comes with moist texture. Acar and Papadom will be served together with the Beriani. The price wise is RM14 for a set of Beriani regardless of lamb, beef or chicken. I ordered Mango lassi for the drink and it also taste nice. It's preferable to quench your thirst during the sunny day. It's a bit overprice for a drink with such tiny glass which was RM6.00 $_______$

Long post but I hope it would be helpful for those who never been to this place before and yet love to try. The restaurant situated besides Minerva bookstore along Jalan TAR. You'll be easily spot this place as it facing the main road.

New challenge!

Assalamualaikum.

The long silence has taken place upon this blog. I've so many story to tell with but being me, the ideas worked best but not the effort of putting them here. The new semester has begun. The previous has ended gratefully. All subjects are passed though with no flying colour but still above the border line. Alhamdulillah.

The first day of classes went well. The same faces, similar environment and not to be exclude the learning journey seems to be more challenging. I shall organize my study plan from now onwards. The earlier the better. I hope it will be fine and perhaps, FUN!

Random.

I've so many things to tell but I do not know how. How to begin the writing, the allocation of the contents and so forth. I shall start with some random update perhaps. Or let the photos do the story? :/ Yeah, I'm getting lazier by now.
Justify Full
1) A week before was my long hectic week as I'd my replacement classes for no reason. Universities lecturers are way diligent rather than the student. Eight freaking hours class for Jurisprudence where we had morning classes till 10 at night. I couldn't imagine the real life of a lawyer in future. The other subjects yet not be included. sigh. As per reward for the sacrifice of being oblige, I'd indulge my weekend by having me time at the bowling center. My hypertension was automatically turned down and back to my normal life. I was delighted indeed!

2) I couldn't deny the fact that of being a particular shopper when it comes to clothe and accessories. I might spend for a whole day to buy just a piece of shirt but end up get nothing if it ain't attach to my liking. The brand is not the matter but the feeling to posses that item from the bottom of my heart supposed to be prevail. Sounds exaggerating right? The bright side is I won't shop frequently :)

It was my second time of having ThePoplook dresses. The feedback was not bad either and my first experience went smooth in line with the contract which I received the item a day after. Fast, isn't it? I'd fallen in love with below dress which I bought this morning. It was plain but suitable for any occasions. Multipurpose, it is!

Penny Chiffon Maxi Dress - Navy.

3) Am I a robot? lol!

Law Trip 2012

Lemme share some of the photos taken upon the Law Trip conducted by MMU Law Society;

Penjara Sungai Buloh

Jabatan Peguam Negara, Putrajaya

Law Library of AGC.

We're holding the ancient gazette dated 13th century and still able to read.

Not much story to be share with, but I was lucky enough to be part of the participant to go to the prison. It was the first time for MMU Law Society picked that place for yearly trip. We'd no chance for the very first place to enter the main gate after the talk session ended but the officer being a kindhearted man had negotiating with the other authority and they agreed to open the gate. Hence, we'd chance to witness the daily life of the prisoner. They're gardening upon that. I was admit that it ain't easy to cope with their life as it was 360 degrees differed from our normal routine. Most of them are being tortured not by the warden but among themselves. Some of them are waiting to be whip and some might sentenced to death.

Trip to AG Chambers was not bad either. We'd an image on how the prosecutors do their works besides the dealing with the criminal affairs. I was amazed with the library since they're able to keep some ancient gazette, law journals, reports etc. Apart from that, they're responsible to work on the amended statute by paste the recent provision into the statute. It was knowledgeable trip for each of us and I'm blessed to have my normal routine surrounded by people who love me. :)

The other phase of life.

Assalamualaikum to all my loyal readers. It has been too long since I wasn't blogging. The idea has gone due to some chaos. My laptop was crashed as one of the chips in the motherboard could not functioning. It does contained major problem and as a result I bought a new one. It ain't easy to say goodbye to my previous Acer after 5 years we were tagged along. I love my laptop pretty much since it was my first-wholly-owned-laptop in my life. Most of the Uni memories' were stored in the laptop and they were gone for just a blink of an eye. It was bad. One of the bad feeling that I ever had perhaps. I still hope that it will turn on one fine day. Who knows? :) Things happened for reason and we as Muslim believed that there's always two sided of coins. Hikmah. Welcome to my new red Asus and I wish it will turn up to be better. The best as it can! Amin. Thanks dad for this, a great gift indeed <3

I've entered my new semester of the final year and hope that I'll be able to catch up every single subjects throughout this semester. The previous semester has ended well and Alhamdulillah the result was beyond expectation. I'd taken International Trade & Shipping Law and Consumer Law during the short semester and I did enjoyed the learning process. The shipping part was the best ever since I was kind interested with that field. The lecturers were helpful beside we're bless to have young handsome men conducting the class. *ehem*

The semester break has passed and thanks to MMU for providing three weeks of break. I'd me-at-home enjoyable time instead of going for any vacation. It was fun though. The fat getting higher on the other hand .-." I'd family gathering in brief, Mr. N came over to have short date but turned up the other way round. He slept over at my house with my my dad and mom while me & my little sister went to my uncle's at Shah Alam as we had the gathering on the same day. He's having the in-law bonding perhaps. Hehe!

Here are some of the long list of May activities and please don't puke if the food pictures were overloading. :D

1)

The Avengers was EPIC. Thor is my favorite among the Marvel but Hulk was powerful. Me was excited when Robin (HIMYM) present for this movie and turned up she did her best. I was so in love watching Battleship for no reason and asked my parents to watch this movie too. They had agreed too and dad enjoyed the most. Heheh! It's based on navigation, battle with the alien and typical love story to be added here. The last but not the least was SAFE. It would be average to others but quite interesting for me. The storyline was under expectation where the Chinese girl was abducted due to her genius brain and brought to America for hidden purposes. The white man was able to save her from being used by the Chinese gang.

2)

Food food and food. Since I am a food lover, I'll not feel any guilt to paste my food pictures :):) This was taken upon the first weekend of my break. Having dinner with the family was great regardless of what type of food being served. Ikea foodcourt was typically packed with people where sometimes me wondered why this people love to dine here. The variety of food was not that much but surely people will opt for meatball. -__________-

3)

Having lunch with Mr.N at TGI Friday's The Garden MM. The top one was mine and of course the bottom was Mr.N's. Mine briefly was half of BBQ chicken served with mashed potatoes and onion rings. It was nice at first but later I feel to vomit it out. Too heavy for my liking and I wondered who on earth (the lady) could finish half of the wing? Blame on me for not sharing this portion with him. Learn from mistake please xD His was roasted breast with Tennessee sauce, mashed potatoes and veggies. The sauce was so sweet to our liking and it was not recommended at all. Hihii

4)

My family was part of the fans for Arab cuisine. I'd blogged it before relating to this 'issue' ;) We'd the opportunity to try several type of Arab food and our fav still in Saba Restaurant Cyberjaya. We went to Al-Rawsha and Hadramawt before but Saba was preferable due to their specialty which was Kabsah Rice. It's fully recommended for those who haven't try this good food. Thanks Baba for the treat which a day before me going back to Malacca. =P

5)

Nandos with Mr.N few weeks before finishing the last semester and again with my family once I reached home. That's the valid reason of me gaining weight. Please don't blame me XD

6)

Amongst all, this is the best. On top of the awesomeness, the epic that would never meet any failure. Presenting Nasi Kurma cooked by the greatest mom in this whole wide world. Yummy! <3

Till then.
